Back to our roots! A 35 minute HIIT style workout that uses the Davinci Body Board. Intervals focused on toning and strengthening the body with light cardio intervals in between. Workout may also be done using hand weights, ankle weights, and/or resistance bands in place of the body board, check out the “Board Modifications” video for more info!
