A little bit of everything! A 45 minute workout consisting of bootcamp cardio intervals (non-choreographed) on the Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline, as well as full body toning and strengthening exercises. This workout uses hand weights, ankle weights, and resistance bands, but can be modified. Check out the “Board Modifications” video for tips on how to modify exercises without equipment!
