A 30 interval HIIT style workout inspired by the Board30 Davinci Body Board workout but adapted for individuals without equipment. Intervals focused on toning and strengthening the body with light cardio intervals in between. For an added challenge, you may add hand weights, ankle weights, and or/resistance bands, but it is not needed.
